Blossoming Angels

Directors: Kathy Powell & Stacy Stephens

Young girls, ages 5 - 12, are nurtured in the Word with crafts, games, worship, and prayer. Girls (5 - 8 yrs.) meet at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesdays in the Fireflies Room in the main building. Girls (9 - 12 yrs.) meet upstairs in Room 32.

His Tots

Director: Tiffany Stacey

Children, birth to 4 years, enjoy crafts, singing, refreshments, and Bible lessons at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesdays in the Tiny Turtles Room in main building.

JOY Ministry

Director: Bo Vega

Service for children with special needs. Open from 9:00 - 11:15 a.m. on Sundays in Camp Joy, main building.

Primary Kids

Directors: Norma Campos & Debbie Birmingham

Youngsters, ages 5 - 7, are transformed for eternity with exciting worship, wacky games, puppet shows, Bible lessons, and tasty treats at 9:00 & 11:15 a.m. on Sundays in the Modular Building.

Junior Kids

Directors: Demetrius Simpson

Kids, ages 8 - 12, are introduced to Christ with worship, Bible study, games, refreshments, and prayer at 9:00 & 11:15 a.m. on Sundays in the Family Life Center Kids Chapel.

Kids Church

Director: Kathy Powell

Early bird service for children, ages 5 - 12, is filled with fun, praise, puppets, Bible lessons, and worship at 7:30 a.m. on Sundays in the Modular Building.

Nursery

Directors: Tiffany Stacy & Amy Jones

Infants to age 2 are given excellent care by a caring staff. Open all services in the Tiny Turtles Room inside the main building.

Primary Choir

Director: Charlotte Patton

Adorned in choir robes, children, ages 4 - 12, enjoy learning a variety of Christian songs for special events. Practice at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesdays in the Campfire Kids Room in the Main Building.

Upward Basketball

Director: Julie Hudson

North Channel churches jointly sponsor a program that builds character and self- esteem in children, 5 - 12. Registration is in October for the January to March season.

Wee Kids

Director: Tonya Lewis

Energetic worship, activities and Bible stories, ages 3 - 4. Toddlers learn about God through play, crafts, singing, Bible lessons, videos, and snacks. Open 9:00 & 11:15 a.m. on Sundays in the Campfire Kids Room inside the main building.

Young Disciples

Director: Eduardo Cardenas

Young boys, ages 8 -12, are instructed in God's Word and then practice what they have learned. Boys (5 - 8 yrs.) meet at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesdays in Camp Joy and boys (9 - 12 yrs.) meet in Room 19.

We Value Your Child's Security

Starting Sunday, October 17th, 2010

Because our staff treats every child as our own, we’re always searching for ways to make our environment more secure. Currently, an electronic sign-in system is being implemented for our Children’s Department.

This new system will require parents to submit a completed registration form for every child who attends our services. Parents will be updated as more information becomes available.

Root 56 Pre-Teen Ministry

Exclusively for 5th and 6th Graders, Root 56 was developed to help pre-teens become “rooted and grounded” in God’s Word and a life of Christian service. In this safe environment, Middle School students can discover their identity and purpose so they can meet life’s challenges and become mature followers of Christ. It’s also an opportunity to discuss and deal with issues in their pre-teen years, while building healthy relationships with their peers.

Sunday, October 3rd, is our kick-off in the Root 56 Chapel, FLC upstairs.
